I have NR5103E, and an excellent signal, with over 300mbps download most of the time. There's only 1 mast in the village, and it's about 200m distance. Once a day, around 9:30 am, the connection drops - is it possibly a new address being leased once a day - can I get a static address or get the time of the change altered ? Very inconvenient at 9:30am - better to happen early hours

I am not for a moment suggesting that they will help, but you probably need to call Customer Services on 333 so as to at least get your problem logged onto 3's systems.
You then need to ask for technical support.
