My new MC888 hub is connecting to my phone, tv, and other devices with no issue, but my work laptop isn’t!
MS Teams and Outlook are working, but anything based on a web browser isn’t working - has anyone had anything similar and able to help?

Thanks, I spoke to the IT Team and then followed something I seen online about changing the APN (no idea what this is as I’m not very technical), but it seemed to work after changing that and rebooting everything!

Hello.
It sounds like Geluk is on the right track, based on what you've advised.
Since the laptop is getting access to certain services, it doesn't sound like it's not getting connected - those services wouldn't work at all without a connection.
