I am in Portugal and have my usual mobile dongle with me with 3 data sim. It won’t connect to internet. Usually brilliant. 3 x customer services calls not resolved. Anybody help? Thanks. Paul

Hi @PFJ30,
MiFi devices tend to have Roaming Data switched off by default. Here's some more advice on managing data roaming settings.

Is there an option to manually select the network you’re roaming on? If so try picking a different one and see if that helps.
