Mobile broadband and mobile data issues

I have had issues with mobile broadband and data for coming up to 3 weeks now. I’ve had mobile Broadbank for 2 and had no issues previously. I’ve rung customer services and reported the issues but it feels like nothing is being resolved my phone and mobile are both heavily affected and are making me unable to work from home or use the internet fully with speeds of 1/2 mbps compared to 35+ before the issues. I really need help

I too have mobile broadband from Three and can’t say I’ve had any issues at all since it started. Things to try; Check the Three status page for issues in your postcode. It’s quite reassuring if you see it’s an issue caused by a network outage. Also turn the router on and off,oh and I’m assuming you have a good signal and haven’t repositioned it.
