NR5103E not working

 Received my 5g hub in November which worked fine. Woke up today and can’t connect to the internet.  I’ve tried reset, rebooting and turning it off and then on again.

Hi Lisa,

Sounds like it could possibly be an issue in your area (as you said everything was working fine until today).

Are you using any other devices on Three? If so are they receiving mobile data connections (4G and 5G)?

Might be worth checking your post code on the Network Status Checker to see if there's any known issues going on: https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support

If no issues reported then I suggest you call Three to get it investigated/troubleshooted asap.
