After having no luck with the E5-250MA, I have been given a new NR5103e, which has been working well so far for the past three days.
However, I have attempted & failed to log into the admin settings - scanning the QR code does not work as it keeps popping up with 'QR code is invalid', and manually typing in the admin username/password also seems to fail.
Might my device have the wrong login settings printed on it? And who do I need to contact to get the right ones?

I'm not sure how something like that would happen, but if that's the case, I image the broadband support team would be best equipped to help with that.
