New 5G masts for BN17

In December 2022/January 2023 Three erected four new 5G masts in my area. To date, only one of those masts has been activated. Can you please advise when the remaining masts are due to be switched on as the active mast is too far away from my property to get 5G broadband.  The mast about 500m from me is still off.  The postcode area is BN17 6.

If you want to pursue this, you'll need to 'phone customer services on 333. Please remember that this is a customer to customer forum, so you are unlikely to get an answer here.  

I don't think that you'll get an answer to that question from 333 as delays can be for many reasons. Over on the website ISP Review, there are reports of masts being erect but not switched on for two or three years.
