Hi, I've encountered a problem whereby my Sky Stream puck, after 5+ weeks of good operation, suddenly will not connect to my Three 5G hub via Ethernet or Wifi.
All other devices in the house (phones, computers, Apple TV etc.) are working fine but not the Sky puck.
I spent a long time on the phone with Sky support to try and resolve, trying rebooting, resetting, factory resetting, swapping leads, to no avail.
By the looks of it, I'm not the only one with this problem, so just wondering if there's a known fix?
Thanks

Hmm, awfully quiet in here! But, for the benefit of other Sky Stream/Three users, here's an update...
After speaking at length to Sky, it appears that they and Three are aware of this issue. However, I got onto the Three support online chat assistant today and it's been fixed by "refreshing allowances", whatever that means. When questioned about what that was, I was told that it was "just a glitch" and not to worry about it.
I hope this helps somebody.
N.B. This also fixed my non-responsive video doorbell too.
