My contract ends on Nov 27, contacted support gave the notice and they sent me a bag that's not a jiffy bag, it's just a giant plastic bag, and the letter come with the bag say I need to have original packaging (which i don't as it's been 2 years).
Q1: how do I send it back without original packaging?
Q2: letter also says I need to send it within 5 days I received the bag. Does the postage label (24 tracked) attached on the bag has expiration time? As my contract is end of November, I can't send it now..
Q3: it's just a simple returning bag with no padded, do I need to put some material to protect the router or it's ok I just put the router into the bag without original packaging?
