Streaming Issues with Zte MC888

New to the Three 5g unlimited data service with a ZTE MC888 router. Connection and download speeds are great but my issue is streaming. All streams great for 20 mins then the stream just stops and returns back to the plus start page. 

Happens on netflix, apple plus, itv x etc, on the apps, firestick apps and formula z8 apps.

Read some info about changing the apn but the option to change from Auto to Manual is frosted out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi meghan, I have the same hub, where you say its frosted out, you first need too turn the Internet connection off on the initial opening page where is says either 4g or 5g ones off you will be able too use the frosted features
