Strong 5G then nothing in 24hrs

I’ve have just moved house with my 5G box, previously had no issues. At my new address it connected great to 5g 120mbps, it was like this for 2 days (in this time the box hasn’t been moved), and download speeds dropped to 2.6mbps. It’s stayed like this till I reset the box and it was back to 100+ speeds, but again 24hr later speed dropped off to 4.3mbps. I’m on 3 for my mobile and I’m getting well over 20mbps on 4g. Any suggestions to a solution? Is it the box that’s broken?

Put your postcode in on the service status page to see if any issues in your area. You could also Call 333 option 4 option 3 and option 3 to discuss your issue with tech support.
