Terrible Internet after renew contract and new HUB

After renewing my broadband plan, they sent me a new hub, which is terrible... I can't get connection with all devices at my house, the Internet connection is rubbish, and the system says "too many users in the area".This week, at night, I think all nights I had no connection, and during the day the Internet oscilates a lot. I don't know what I can do, use to be way better than today, but now it's rubbish, and I can see in my phone it's almost impossible to get 5g coverage, it is always 4g+. Really disappointed with Three. L15 area (good 5g coverage says the website)

Put your postcode in the Network Status Checker to see if there is any issues affecting your area. You can also call 333 option 4 option 3 and option 3 again to discuss your issue with tech support.
