So Three Sercomm LTE2122GR router says 'Internet' but there is no internet. No online status checker updates. Contact Center / Chat says there is an error and I will get a text message. No details whatsoever of the issue and when it might be fixed. Really disappointed, its all about communication

Did this issue just start yesterday? Does rebooting the router help at all?
