Hi,
I've been with Three Broadband for the last 6 months but this has been an issue since Day One with constant reboots despite the overview page showing a connection to 5g and 4g services.
Today has been absolutely shocking I've had to reboot the 5G Hub 12 times to get internet and has been impossible to get any work done today.
I've seen on here others with similar issues and adding the additional ADN profile limited to IPV4 but that still has made no difference.
I feel like I'm out of options as users say this is a hardware issue but many have already said how hard it is for support to send a replacement and take receipt of the returning router etc.
Is there anything else I can do?

Call 333 option 4 option 3 and option 3 to discuss your issue with tech support.
