Your sound offs will do you no good. If you speak to customer services in a calm and measured way I’m sure they’ll resolve your issue. Three has its failings but to my knowledge all calls are recorded so they wouldn’t lie.
Amongst other things, no timelines communicated on network updates, overloading the network, issues with overcharging, generating bills, organising returns bags, less than 5mbps speeds - the list is frankly endless. Agree that OP is blunt, but the sentiment is shared.
