Your sound offs will do you no good. If you speak to customer services in a calm and measured way I’m sure they’ll resolve your issue. Three has its failings but to my knowledge all calls are recorded so they wouldn’t lie.

To be fair, it’s very poor that a company continually fails to be able to deliver a returns bag.

I would agree with that but I feel there’s more to this than we’re being told. But yes,it would be bad on the part of Three if they failed to deliver a returns bag.

Amongst other things, no timelines communicated on network updates, overloading the network, issues with overcharging, generating bills, organising returns bags, less than 5mbps speeds - the list is frankly endless. Agree that OP is blunt, but the sentiment is shared.
