Terrible service

I went into a Three Store today to pay a bill and ended up leaving with a new 5G hub for my mobile broadband.

 

Previously I had a SIM Unlim Data ULD Min 1M sim running through a mobile hub. I was getting speeds between 60 and a 100mbps. This was fine. These speeds were achieved with the hub positioned in the centre of the flat. 

Now I have a Home BB 1M Unlimited 5G plan running through a 5G Home Hub and im lucky if the speed hits 5mbps.

Absolutely awful.
