Hello the community, I am posting here because I'm facing a reality frustrating issue. Recently I had problem with the router that won't connect to 5g. After speaking to customer service they have asked me to reset my router which I have done ( ennoying because I had to set it up back with my password, WiFi name etc) and then next day 5g came back. However now sometimes I just realise that I'm not on WiFi anymore and I've been disconnected. Also WiFi status says "connected without Internet" Only way to get back to normal is to switch off and on the router.
So frustrating I spend my time to reboot or switch off and on this router. Also I have to do this everyday for the ethernet cable plug on my TV or there is no Internet passing through
Does this happen to anyone else? Why is so much of a nightmare to have the router to reconnect to the network when it drops? ( I think that is the reason why the problem happen) Is there a function to schedule a reboot of the router automatically like at night everyday?
Thank you in advance for the help

And 4g is for upload. I'm paying for 5g so it should work I understand that sometimes there may be a bit of drops out but I should not have to reboot my router 3 times a day

Make sure 4G is enabled too, as you're far more likely to get a stable connection.
