Hi got 2 new 5g hubs,tried setting up today so frustrating spent all day and failed get to the part where on the app says scan QR code which can't  be read,then put in passwords manually which come back incorrect passwords,done factory reset still the same, and now noticed the sim card light is not lighting up on one hub.
