Apple Watch issues

Trying to set up my Apple Watch with the mobile service set up but when it takes me to the three log in page, I enter my log in details but this error keeps appearing. 

‘THERE IS A PROBLEM’

’one of the fields is missing’

There are no other fields to fill out only email and password which I am doing. 
anyone else had this problem? Been into 3 store and live chat but no one can help me 😭
