My Phone was stolen on the 22nd of August, i have contacted three several times and nothing has been done about it my insurance company said the phone is still clean. it has not been barred on CEIR Data base. I am so frustrated with the way three is behaving. It looks like they do not know what they are doing. Why is it so difficult to get this done. My insurance company said there are so many complaints from three customers as they are not dealing with these issues. Can someone please do something.
