Blank screen on three app when I logging in

When I login on the app and click on go to my account, blank screen comes up. I can’t see my account at all. Could you please help me with this issue. Many thanks

I have exactly the same issue, hit go to account and get blank screen, also when I try to top up and all I get is spinning balls and no top up screen. 3 message me telling me I have no credit (I paid 30 quid for a sim on Sunday) yet I can make calls? Tried on iPhone 6S, iPhone 8 and iPhone 13. I've a feeling I've been ripped off here.

Are you able to try logging in on a PC or Desktop device that uses Chrome to see if that works? Can you also try Chrome on your iPhone if you haven't already?

I’ve already complained about this issue vier live chat & apparently they are looking into it. But i’m not so sure because tbey told me 7 days to fix the issue & nothing seems to be done. As been over a week already. I think that this problem has been going on alot longer prob june time, i first had troubles on & off through out august & thought something must be up. There must be more going on than what three are letting on. This is really bad for a network not knowing whats going on.

I have the same issue. Pay as you go and can’t top up with a voucher. 3 are about to lose my business due to this crap
