Cannot activate eSim

I am currently on vacation in Ghana, my friend's were able to download the Airalo app to get data abroad! I seem to be the only one whose device is not compatible, I have the Galaxy S20FE! Ive been told I need the eSim activating by my network but I dont have the option in my settings 'add a mobile plan'.

Does @anyone know a way around this?

Hey @MangoSis,

Welcome to the Three Community.

I've had a look on our Device Support page and it appears that the Galaxy S20 FE isn't eSIM compatible, so you wouldn't be able to activate this.

You may want to purchase a Go Roam Around the World Extra pass to unlock your UK allowances of calls, texts and data up to 12GB instead.
