I bought an Apple Watch through 3 and signed up for the 24 month smartphone pairing plan around 3 months ago.
I am still unable to link my watch to my smartphone data plan.
On the watch app when I try enable mobile service it just gives me the option to pay £7 a month for a pairing plan. I am already paying £5 a month for a pairing plan.
I’ve tried to speak to customer services multiple times with no help. I went to the shop and they said I had to phone. Spent over an hour on the phone speaking to 3 different advisors with no luck. Asked to speak to a manager and was told one would call me the next day which did not happen.
I’m running out of patience as I’m tied into a 24 month contract that I cannot use
