Asked for number to be ported fromLebara to Three on Mon 24/7/23 have been told “it’s stuck in the system “ have put old Lebara sim in phone and all ok .Does this mean number will no longer be ported or what happens next? Anyone got any advice thanks

Hi @JP6,
I've just responded to your PM, the port usually will still go ahead, but the stuck order must have delayed it. The timescale for the porting team to investigate this sort of issue is 3 working days, so I'd expect it to be sorted out within the next day.
