Yesterday I purchased a seven day ATW pass which has not connected to any data services in USA despite being in a T-Mobile 5G area. On with Three Live Chat today who then abruptly ended the chat without completing the conversation - very poor. Transaction shows on my account but with a zero cost of the one-off cost.
Very poor service and would like this resolved, all data settings correct, tried in a new phone and same issue.
Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

went to USA recently and purchased a 14 day ATW pass which lets you have 12gb fair usage, stopped working after 10.5GB and THREE have been worse than useless in sorting it out , cost me £60 and they offered me £20 credit as a “good will” gesture. Customer service is crap and you can’t actually TALK to anyone, wish I’d never left Vodafone.

I had thought about that but the info says that the spend cap will have no impact on add-ons so shouldn’t be a factor, I don’t think. I am so sick of Three right now that first chance I get I have to move away from them!

Does the pass show in your allowances? Is your spend cap set to £0 maybe that’s why the pass hasn’t gone on?
