I upgraded my phone on 21st of September i believe and i selected to trade in my iPhone 13 in exchange for cash. I got told i have 14 days to send off my phone, and that postage and shipping will be provided free from three. I am yet to receive any postage boxes to send away the phone.

100%, do not send you phone for trade in. It’s one big scam, I’m still waiting £249 that wa supposed to be paid out 10 days ago.

For the best interest of your mental wellbeing please don’t bother to send the phone for the trade cuz they will take your phone and you won’t get your money and three hasn’t got a clue about how things work with that incompetent company Ingram. Just read comments on the trade in for yourself

I'm sorry to hear you've not received instructions on how to send the device for trade-in.
I'd suggest popping an email over to threetradein@ingrammicro.com or giving the team a call at 0333 400 8296. They'll be able to arrange a re-dispatch of the returns packaging.
