HI, I Recently opened a contract on 3s home broadband 5G offer for 3 months free then £20 for 24months... I have the transcript of initial set up of contract. The agent told me the hub I would be receiving along with a picture too! He also mentioned I could connect up too 62 somthing devices... but when the hub arrived it wasn't what was initially agreed I was meant too have a Zyxel NR5103 but was sent a ZTE MC888 so is this right? should I complain? or is the ZTE a better hub and keep it? as I don't seem too find much about it on the Internet also the set up guide don't match with the hub unless it's a generic thing as it don't support adding external antennas yet in the guide it says so.
