number transfer

hi i got a new sim contract with three i was with ee so different number and i asked for a number transfer. i got the sim in post on the 25th so Friday and i set it to change today on the 28th Monday and it still hasn’t changed to my old number

I'm sorry to hear there was a delay with your number transfer. Has this been resolved yet? If not, have your received any message to confirm your number port has been arranged? Is the SIM working with the new number to make and receive calls/texts, and connect to data?
