Hello, I'm currently using a Samsung Galaxy S21 and I love it. Looking forward to upgrade though. I would love to see a much thinner phone.

Would love to have SD slots added back to phones..... I have so many pictures/videos of my children and family ect and due to the newer phones not having SD slots it would be impossible to have all of them on there aswell as have enough space to keep taking more for the memories and not everyone can afford the price of the phone with the biggest memory....

It would also be good for phones to hold their charge alot more longer or to give a free battery pack with each contract or for a very discounted price to help with battery especially when out for the day and having no way of charging the phone....

Another great addition would be a small solor strip added on the top of phones so it would help to charge them when in sunlight....

I used to love the heart rate sensor on the S5 it was a great addition to the phone....

I currently have the S10, I am looking to upgrade but not having SD slots in the newer models is kind of putting me off....

Would love left over data to roll over to the next month like most other networks at the end of the day we have paid for it!

I agree with this, this should definitely be a feature that's added to all current contracts and new contracts... So many of us don't always use all our data each month so having it roll over would be a great way of keeping customers happy and another way of making customers want to stay with 3.

How to get homesignal? Cant use my phone at home(

Definitely pop into your local 3 store and the will be able to do a signal check to make sure it covers your area and if it doesn't they give you the option of leaving your contract early so that you can switch to a network that does cover your area.... 

I struggle to get signal at home I went into my 3 store and they no longer cover my area which is very odd I've been with 3 since 2015 and never had any issue until towards the end of last year, the lady in 3 that did the area check also told me that 3 has cut down on what areas they cover, so might be worth looking into.... I've only stuck with 3 becuase I've been with them for so long and get great loyal customer benefits and because I use my WiFi at home and have perfectly fine signal in most places I go just not at home but I don't see that as a big issue due to being connected to my WiFi...... Hope this helps.

Hi Steph, I've been a Samsung smartphone fan since the days of the Galaxy Y, moving to S4 Mini, etc, and last year I updated to a Samsung S20 FE 5G, with a larger internal storage capacity. Wow! In my area (South East), the growth in 5G coverage makes my new phone a perfect choice - great phone coverage, fast data download, etc - plus (being a bit girly) I went for the beautiful Cloud Lavender colour option. It looks a bit 'sickly candy pink' in some online pics but in real life it's a gorgeous soft, cool lavender colour. Can you tell that I love it? ❤  It's hardly been out of my hand since it arrived (not sure whether that's good or bad)!  😉  Samsung SmartSwitch made it easy to transfer contacts, texts, email, apps and everything else from old to new phone. Big fan of Samsung and now I always check out their products when looking for new tech. ☺
