hi I’m Holly! What i love about my current phone the iPhone 11 Pro Max is how well the battery lasts and how sturdy the phone is. It has great technology and is a generally great phone! 

An old classic I loved was my touchscreen Nokia phone from when I was much younger, I remember being able to touch the screen and thinking how amazing it was! 

new features I would like to see in the future would be battery sharing between the same devices, peoples phones die and it would be great to be able to share battery with them.

My favourite bit of tech is probably my HP Omen - I just love the aesthetic of it and it was one of those things I always wanted and was proud to finally buy!

I am new to three and have started to use Three App to resolve any technical or non technical issues. Although the three app is excellent, I believe it could do with some more modifications. Especially, when someone has used their face recognition to log into their app, it makes no sense to put all the details such as name, surname, postcode, mobile number etc before the system can actually connect to a physical person for initiating the chat. I have noticed that the application takes you out to web browser mode prior to connecting with a physical person for resolving the issue. I strongly advise that the three application should be modified to deal with the chat interface without requiring people to put all their details in the form once again even after logging into their three application.

Hi, I’m Paul and for the future, I want to see Three (and their competitors) offering home alarm kits (with cameras, recording, back-up to the cloud etc)  as a standard monthly subscription service much like you currently offer mobile phones on a monthly contract. A lot of people, particularly older people, don’t have the expertise to figure the tech for this out but a trusted hi-tech company could easily figure it out for them and offer it to them as an “all-in” customer service.

I’m currently using an iPhone XR but thinking of getting a Samsung Flip when I next upgrade. I’m really lovely the 3+ rewards app at the moment it’s a great way to save money.

I would love to see devices that creare contents for social media automatically. For instance Instagram stories from old photos or videos.
