Let's talk: Three app changes

Hey everyone

We wanted to let you know about some exciting changes we’ve made to your app experience, by adding a brand-new dashboard.

This dashboard gives you access to helpful features like a search function, notifications and offers, and links to other services like Three+ or our very own Three Community. All before you log in!

Many of our customers have multiple accounts with Three, and we wanted to make checking up on each of those a little easier. The new switch button means you can easily change which number you’d like to view in the app. Frequently used numbers will be saved in a handy drop-down at the ‘enter your number’ stage, so you can manage your accounts with ease.

The first time you update the app, you’ll be asked to pop in your mobile number. You’ll then be whisked off to the dashboard, to have a look at the new layout and features. When you next open up the app, you’ll be taken directly to the dashboard. Easy peasy!

Have a look and let us know what you think of the changes in the comments. We'd love to hear your thoughts.

Fledgling

Hi all,

I joined Three last week and according to the shop I am on "the new system" I believe it is called "Fusion" and during the signup in the store they managed to enter my email address correctly which caused all sorts of problems and took a couple of days to resolve. So my question is this, does anyone else on the "New System" notice that when they login to My Three either via the website or using the new app that you very briefly see the error "No Active Lines Are Found" before it comes up and displays your mobile number?

Regards,

Paul
