3G to Top-Up. No 3G Web Access.

Just topped up and selected a 10GB Allowance for Internet Access via 3g Network with my phone,  But, cannot access the web.  Error Code 720.

I guess, I'll just have to upgrade and transfer the SIM over.

What can I dial as an alternative to *99#?

Are you trying to connect via a VPN?

Yes, the VPN setting is however set to "Automatic" by default.

Then change it to manual.

I've tried PPTP, LTP, SSTP, and IKEv2 to no avail.  Still not working.  My wireless modem is dialling *99#.
