5G Poor service

Hi,

I've had the 5G Broadband since October 23, it's had issues each month for a few days.

This weeks is the latest, so I called support who told me there was some work going on which would last all week! What sort of outage is that you take all week!?

They compensated me £4.60 for a weeks outage, its really insult to injury.

Any suggestion welcome and better alternatives.
I'm E10, Leyton.
