Just curious if anyone knows how the Three system knows which voicemail account to access via just the PIN?
To access your VM from any phone, you can call +447782 333 123, followed by your PIN.
Given that the PIN can be a minimum of 4 numbers, there's a good chance of duplicate PINs, so how does the system deal with this?

If I could delete the post, I would!
It turns out that if you call the above number from any phone, it'll first ask for your Three number...
The instructions on the website don't exactly say this, unfortunately pasting the link didn't work, so here's the text:
Listening to voicemails abroad

The instructions are not consistent & depends where your search ends up but once you have made the call to the voicemail number, it's fairly clear what needs to be done. A tidy up would be helpful but not really a priority. The only thing to be clear about is that you need to set a PIN before leaving the UK or you'll need to call Three to set one & the instructions are reasonably clear about that:

Sorry to hijack, I can't see how to ask a new question and this is related!
Is there a way to listen to your voice mails over the same phone but using WiFi? I'm travelling and can't use phone.
Thanks

Hey @Anosh,
You can check your voicemail while traveling by dialing +447782 333 123 and entering your Voicemail PIN.
You can also create a post by selecting 'Start a conversation' on the home page if you need to in the future.
Thanks,
Kate

Hey @cancunia,
Thanks for flagging this, it sounds like the instructions could be more detailed here. Are you able to share a link to the page in question please?

Not everyone of course, will have set up a V/M PIN in the first instance!
