Hello I would like to pay my bill but I’m not receiving a text message to log in to my account

Most of us pay by direct debit. If you pay by dd then you do need to take any action. Several posts on the community have come from people who pay their bill and then complain when their dd goes through.
If you are not paying by dd then you can make a payment by calling 333 or just log into your account online, or the My3 app, and view you latest bill.
