Hi everyone,
UPDATE: Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, services have almost returned to normal overnight. Our monitoring has picked up an issue with calls connected via WiFI which we are investigating urgently.
Today, we also expect to see an additional impact on our service due to Storm Éowyn in some areas. We have already deployed extra engineering resources and planning for these areas, so we can bring sites that are impacted back online as soon as it is safe to do so.
A normal volume of 999 calls were connected yesterday and our monitoring confirms the service is working fully this morning. We continue to investigate the small number of reports that we received about 999 call failures. We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused by the issues on our voice network.
Due to these issues, our phone and chat lines are and will continue to be incredibly busy, so we're aware there may also be issues getting through to the teams at the moment. Please bear with us as we work through this.
Thanks,
Danni

A Three UK spokesperson told the Sun: “We are aware of an issue with the network and are working hard to fix it. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.”

Please check the network status checker

The info you have given is insufficient to give further help. Is the issue phone or broadband related? If it's your phone is data turned on?

I have managed to find this forum via Three's 'X' (formerly Twitter) feed. The feed itself appears silent about any problems. No mention of it on their support pages (https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us), their Facebook page says to contact them on the app or website, the app chat doesn't work, the website chat doesn't work, the '333' number doesn't work, the other contact numbers don't work either, the sales number doesn't work ... and I don't have data on my phone! Didn't realise until I left a WiFi area and tried to stream something.
Down Detector (https://downdetector.co.uk/status/3/) is showing a large outage nudging 3000 complaints per hour. And in all of this we are left shouting into the void, hoping that 3 isn't suffering a cyber attack or something, and in an information vacuum caused by nobody from 3 giving us an update. What's going on???

Just posted, similar issue. It started with text messages to my phone. Worryingly I have noticed that the dd on my account has altered so I have just contacted my bank

Coverage checker for my area: "Our systems haven't reported any network problems." There is a generic message at the top of that page saying "We are aware of an issue with the network. Our engineers are working hard to fix it. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.", which is pretty generic and anodyne. Would they even admit if they had had a cyber attack?

We have had this issue before and a moderator did post but could not give details. Don't expect too much from 3 until the issue hits the news websites.
Don't forget the network status checker.

On the train approx 2 hours ago I received 3 missed calls, the sender ID was 'missed call' but the text said it was from 3 asking me to call a number. My phone did not ring incidentally it was just text messages saying missed call. After the third text, I blocked the number it seemed strange. Then my phone (although clearly showing strong coverage) wouldn't connect to the internet. When I got home I logged into my account to see if there was an issue. I noticed an unusual amount payment had been set up for 13 Feb. I have tried to contact 3 for help to find out what's going on. But the digital assistant isn't working and when I tried to call 3 on my phone using first 333 and then the 0333 number it said the number wasn't recognised. I've now alerted my bank. Can someone from 3 tell what is going on? I have also seen a notice on the website saying 3 are aware of 'engineering issues'
