Calling issue 23/01/2025 [UPDATED]

Hi everyone,

UPDATE: Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, services have almost returned to normal overnight. Our monitoring has picked up an issue with calls connected via WiFI which we are investigating urgently.

Today, we also expect to see an additional impact on our service due to Storm Éowyn in some areas. We have already deployed extra engineering resources and planning for these areas, so we can bring sites that are impacted back online as soon as it is safe to do so.

A normal volume of 999 calls were connected yesterday and our monitoring confirms the service is working fully this morning.  We continue to investigate the small number of reports that we received about 999 call failures. We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused by the issues on our voice network. 

Due to these issues, our phone and chat lines are and will continue to be incredibly busy, so we're aware there may also be issues getting through to the teams at the moment. Please bear with us as we work through this.

• No calls or incoming three live chat have closed there human customer service so it looks like we have been compromised. What we do now I have no idea

Can’t send or receive calls since a few hours now. In the Bradford area

When are you gonna sort out this receiving and making phone calls? Problem? It is disgraceful. Your network is a joke. the Wi-Fi calling will not even work

Cannot make or receive calls. 
I have reset network settings, reset my phone and still nothing. There is saying network coverage in my area is excellent!  Any one else having problems? Kent.

I cannot making any calls or receiving calls at all since 1:30pm today. 
Can anyone tell me why this is happening? 
Same for my wife and son as we all are on the same network provider. 
This is very frustrating as I couldn’t be in touch with my son after school and I had to ask my manager to let me go early in order to come home as I was very worried about my son.

Mother in law and son also with 3.

All 3 of us down.

Vodafone OK (other son and daughter) so it’s probably not the Russians!
