Calling issue 23/01/2025 [UPDATED]

Hi everyone,

UPDATE: Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, services have almost returned to normal overnight. Our monitoring has picked up an issue with calls connected via WiFI which we are investigating urgently.

Today, we also expect to see an additional impact on our service due to Storm Éowyn in some areas. We have already deployed extra engineering resources and planning for these areas, so we can bring sites that are impacted back online as soon as it is safe to do so.

A normal volume of 999 calls were connected yesterday and our monitoring confirms the service is working fully this morning.  We continue to investigate the small number of reports that we received about 999 call failures. We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused by the issues on our voice network. 

Due to these issues, our phone and chat lines are and will continue to be incredibly busy, so we're aware there may also be issues getting through to the teams at the moment. Please bear with us as we work through this.

What a joke this has happened about 5/6 times in about 3 weeks now no out going calls or receiving calls due to poor service they take our money and dont deliver what we pay for waiting for a very important call from police and can’t I’m going to take legal action as keep screen shots from all 3 of our contracts and they say there the biggest and best what at committing fraud taking money by deception as don’t deliver what we pay for WHAT A JOKE THREE ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!😡

Unable to talk to anyone from 3 and their digital assistant is rubbish.

My bill is due tomorrow. Tick tock three otherwise you won't be paid

Are we all getting refunded for today mess as I've been waiting for important calls all day with regards to a new job and haven't been able to get anything from the network or ring my daughter to make sure she was ok getting home from school absolutely shocking the way this has been handled

Three is down folks remember to call and claim your compensation as stated I. The terms and conditions, everyone call tomorrow 9am UK time and demand compensation
