Are you using a Samsung phone?

No, it’s an iPhone 16

It’s just happened again, on a call to a different call centre. So frustrating. Was giving a 6 digit number but in twos - ie 12 - 34 - 56.. but the 3 and 5 weren’t heard the other end! Turned off my wifi and seemed like she heard me more clearly! There’s definitely something going on.. what can be done, Three?

Hello.
I'm not sure if there's anything Three can do about that. As the issue went away when you turned off Wifi, it would seem to point to a problem with how the device is handling the connection. You can try turning Wifi calling off and seeing if this has the same effect. If so, you can at least go back to leaving the Wifi on while on calls.

This has been happening for years (both Android and IPhone). It either doesn’t allow me to give numbers out clearly or there is a delay created, my end, which means the other person can not hear my response to their question in time. It causes confusion.
Three told me to replace the SIM card, I did this, no change. I am since on an eSIM, still no change.
My network is fine here and this can happen at home or out and about. I’m presume it is a Three problem if others have been experiencing the same.
It’s very frustrating

Still waiting for a resolution… I have a problem with my pay this month and called the payroll call centre to sort it out but they cut me off because every time I gave my payroll number or spelt my surname they couldn’t hear me. They said the line goes dead every time I try
if this keeps happening I’ll think about cancelling my contract

That could be one way to test it, you could try using a PAYG SIM from another network in your phone.

Are you recommending I cancel and go to another network? I’d rather not if I can avoid it…
I don’t have another SIM and I don’t think my phone takes them, just eSIM
