Can’t receive calls and text messages

Hi,

My husband switched from O2 to Three mobile a week ago, the problems start when Three transfer his old number. Now he can’t receive text messages and calls, but he can call, send messages and have internet.

He is with android and was try to reset network settings, after he was talking with two different agents, but still nothing happening…When someone try to call him just heard something like noise… like rustling…

What we have to do next…….

I don’t know what you doing guys, but after we talk with soo many agents, today he can’t even make a calls. It’s very disappointing, after I told him how nice is Three mobile this happening. Thanks.
