Cancel airtime but keep paying for device

Is it possible to cancel my airtime but keep paying for my device? I want to move to Vodafone because of better signal, price plans, and visual voicemail.

Yes you can, but you may have an early termination fee applied, if you are cancelling before the end of your agreed term.
