Go Roam

I am in France, using the go roam at £2/day . I have a spend cap of £30. I have been here 2 days and reached the spend cap. I am being charged 42p for each text message. I have also seen that I have been charged for some data events. I have nearly 90% of data left and on unlimited calls and texts. Chat support say don't worry, use as normal, but I have a spend cap and will lose access to the internet to increase it. What a shower. Incompetence. Can anyone help?

I'm really sorry that we weren't in touch when you originally posted about this. What happened when you raised the issue with our chat team did your billing get corrected in the end?

In terms of the image shared, just to explain we did have to block that as it looks like it had mobile numbers visible. There's no issue with sharing a screenshot of your billing, but please block out any sensitive info like mobile numbers. It's okay to share the first 5 digits of a phone number so that it's clear whether it's chargeable or not, but sharing landline or mobile numbers is classed as personal information and best not to share on a public space.

Same number but charged. This is just an example
