Since today (23.08.24) I am suddenly unable to make any phone calls. Any number I try (including 333) gives me the dreaded "your service does not allow access to this number". I have made no changes to my phone and everything worked fine up until today. No parental controls are on or is there any call barring etc.
I did recently renew my contract with Three on 11th of July. Unlimited data, calls, texts. Everything working until today. Kept the same SIM. Phone is a Samsung A21s Android and I'm in Cardiff.
Any help would be very much appreciated. I need to make calls!

Hi there
You can try resetting your mobile network settings (This will NOT delete your contacts)
goto
Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset mobile network settings>reset settings
afterwards simply reboot your phone and try again. If that fails then it might be worth contacting Three customer support via live chat
