4G is extremely congested near me (<0.3 Mb/s download) and no 5G. Customer services told me to switch to 3G (under Settings > Mobile data > Mobile data options) as it should work better but the only options I get are: 5G On, 5G Auto and 4G. Does anyone know a way around this? I need this as I haven’t been able to use data properly on 4G for days now. Thank you

I've had a check into this, and it seems the recent versions of iOS don't have a 3G only option anymore. From what I understand it'll only switch to 3G if there is no 4G or 5G in range at all. I'm sorry, it doesn't look like there's any way to avoid this.
