When I got my mifi the sim card wasn’t activated. It took 48 hours before I could use the device. Questions; 1) Are the router lights green or red? 2) Have you tried the sim in another compatible handset just in case the issue is with the router. I’ve had mine since last October and I’ve not had any issues with it. Try to elaborate a bit and we’ll try our best to help.
