When I landed I received no text from 3. My phone 15 has no data despite my being a pay monthly customer. I have tried
turning on and off data roaming several times
turning phone on and off
resetting network
I have got iCloud plus so that isn't the issue. The worst thing with this crap company is I can't speak to anyone human.
any one any ideas?

That's what the problem was thank you. It was because I was under the impression that pay monthly customers can get up to 12gb of their allowance free in roaming destinations. I'll look for another network when I get home.

Check in the Three app that your spend limit isn't set to zero.
And check with Customer Services that your credit limit isn't set to £1

I am having the same problem. I’m in paphos currently and am having to use WIFI.
previous times it has worked fine. I auto connected to ‘Cyta-Voda’ and got nothing
