Hi I'm trying to use my phone in USA and not getting any connectivity. I have a data pack with go roam. Live chat not helping.any suggestions?

Check in the Three app that your spend limit isn't set to zero.
Also, check with Customer Services that your credit limit isn't set to £1

Are you actually picking any network signal whatsoever. Is data roaming switched on? Try doing a manual roam and selecting the network manually rather than letting the phone pick the network automatically. Switch the phone off/on.
