Mobile data and calls

 For 1 week now, I have no 3G or 4G or 5G mobile internet connection, nor can I make calls. But i receive calls, from the internet I have no internet connection with mobile data. I have not traveled, outside the UK or outside my city. some problem with services connection? and I pay everything, nothing pending.

Have you entered your postcode in to our Network checker here? What does this advise?
