My iPhone doesn’t work on 5g anyone help

When I have full bar on 5g I’m unable to get any internet 

im on a iPhone 12 Pro Max fully updated

My iPhone 12 has no issues. Ensure you have 5g turned on in voice and data and just as a fall back check the Three status page for any outages.
