Welcome to the Three Community.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've lost service for the last week, we'll do our best to help. The first thing to check is our Network Status Checker to see if it's down to a fault or engineering works that we're aware of and working on. 

Can you also confirm if any other Three customers in the area are having similar issues? Are you able to confirm if your service comes back if you go to another location? Let us know on the above, and we'll check if there's anything else we can suggest.
